HEROINEBURGH is a superheroine live-action video series based in Pittsburgh, featuring all original characters representing various neighborhoods, ethnicities, subcultures and orientations in the region. More information on the characters and stories at

The first season features 13 origin stories of the heroines, who acquire their various powers when the city is bombarded by a dark meteor. In episodes 8-10, meet a Carnegie Mellon engineer with unusual magnetism; a cat-powered veterinarian from the Pittsburgh Zoo; and an alternative energy inventor who rides the winds.
There's adventure, romance and comedy, and plenty of special effects and spandex costumes. It's a live-action comic book from the Steel City!
