Children's Culinary Workshop: All About Avocados
Did you know that Californias first commercial avocado orchard was at The Huntington? Learn more fun facts about our state fruit (yes, fruit!) and make some delicious recipes, including avocado ice cream (yes, ice cream!), in this hands-on workshop led by chef Ernest Miller. Ages 7 and up. Fee includes one accompanying adult. Members: $30. Non-Members: $40.
Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom in the Brody Botanical Center. Visit any admission window for directions to the Botanical Circle for check-in at 9:15 a.m.
