Let's Make Mozzarella!
This class is limited to 8 people. You will learn to how to make mozzarella from scratch at home to amaze your friends and neighbors. We hold the class at Appel Cheese Farm on Northwest Ave. This means you will be able to sample all the cheeses they have available that day. Yum. Bring an apron if you like.
