Are you ready to sweat your way through Iowa City as you dominate 4 back-to-back workouts at your favorite fitness studios and Big Grove Brewery? Grab your bike or rent one from World of Bikes and peddle your way to each workout studio. This is a human powered Sweat Crawl!

If you don't have a bike and need to rent one, our good friends at World of Bikes are offering a sweet bike discount for the Sweat Crawl, just $15 to rent a bike for the day.
