Laurie Lisk Originally from Connecticut, I have worked at both large international companies and small startups. I found my career at Gensler by speaking to a stranger (who happened to be the current HR Manager for Newport Beach) in my new neighborhood. So much for Mom's old saying "never speak to strangers"! My background is a mix of Human Resources and Administration positions. I realized early in my career that I enjoyed being a resource to my fellow employees. Most will tell you I am extremely detail-oriented and focused on helping those around me to grow and prosper in both their professional and personal lives. My passions include outreach programs that benefit children and setting up programs within our office to give back to the community. My outside interests have included everything from coaching girls recreational softball to working with a local equestrian rehabilitation center for children with disabilities to picking up a paintbrush for the Village of Hope.
