Joint AIA/CSI Meeting in Olympia
The evening includes a tour a Annie's Artist Flats, which is a 48 unit market rate apartment building which will include a pulic gallery fo the display of residents artwork, designed concurrently with Annie's Artist Studios, which is an 18 unit market rate apartment building which includes 10 artist work studio spaces.
The dinner meeting after the tour will be at the Water Street Café and Ron Thomas, AIA, will do a presentation on Annie's and the need for missing middle housing in Olympia and how we are working to fill this gap.
Dinner includes a social hour and beverages
