The Volcano in our Backyard
Vocanologist Dave Tucker, director of the Mount Baker Volcano Research Center (MBVRC), will offer a fascinating presentation: "The Volcano in our Backyard: Mount Baker Eruption History, Hazards & Monitoring"
The event is a fundraiser for the MBVRC, with a portion of the proceeds going to our public radio station in Concrete, KSVU 90.1, and the Concrete School Band Project, designed to raise funds for the purchase of musical instruments for students in Concrete.
