Barefoot in Black: Burning the Map

Hello Guests!
The day is here, beautiful and warm, and we are busy readying the Bohemian Lounge for your arrival. (full disclosure: it looks amazing).
Barefoot in Black: Burning the Map will open its doors tonight at 7:30p.m. and the performance begins at 8:30.
Please plan on arriving no later than 8:15 so that you can grab a drink and a seat before settling in. Think of it like going to the theater but the comfiest theater you've ever been to. :)
Lastly, don't forget the following guidelines:
Wear Black!
Wear shoes that can be easily shed!
If you have sensitive feet, bring socks!
Light snacks provided!

Come "snuff the sidle of evening" at this special gathering. Along with your fellow Bohemians, you will lounge, imbibe, absorb, and contemplate the nights offerings of jazz and poetry and togetherness.
About the Theme: Burning the Map:
We are, all of us, united as humans, striving for a greater connection and understanding as much with the person next to you, as with the person furthest from you on the farthest reaches of this earth. Leaning in to this theme of unity and difference, we invite you to be a part of this journey of language and sound.
A triumvirate of talented women -- Merrill, Sally, and Audra -- will lead you on to "burn your candle at both ends" and leave you feeling enriched, engaged, and blessed from their gifts.

About the Dress Code: This event is called Barefoot in Black and that's not just trite alliteration. Please come dressed in black and be ready to leave your shoes at the door. (okay, we'll allow bright white socks, but Only as a nod to Audrey)
Proceeds will be donated to Peninsula School.
