What happens when we take the best cheesemongers from around the country and put them in one room? The Cheesemonger Invitational.
Trust us when we say that this party is like no party you've ever been to. This is a have-to-be-there, FOMO-inducing, adrenaline-pumping cheesesplosion. Expect rabid fans. Expect things to get weird. Expect a lot of cheese - like, whatever you're imagining? Imagine more. You honestly haven't lived until you've cheered at the top of your lungs (with a mouth full of brie) for someone to cut a perfect quarter pound of cheddar on a stage in front of hundreds of like-minded weirdos.
The next Cheesemonger Invitational will be held June 30, 2018 from 3 to 9 PM at the Brooklyn Expo Center, located at 72 Noble St, Brooklyn, NY 11222.
Your ticket gets you in the door for a parade of all-you-can-eat cheese, charcuterie, fondue, grilled cheeses, mac n' cheese, ice cream, beer, and wine. In addition to tastings with 30+ cheese producers and importers, catering will be provided by Foster Sundry and many other local purveyors.
