FLOODED: An Outpouring of Literary Conversation in Support of Longfellow Books

NOTE: Pre-sales have ended for this event. We will admit a few more people at 7:15 to stand in the back, fitting as many as we can comfortably after the ticket holders have had time to come in and claim their seats.

Our friends at Portland's independent bookstore Longfellow Books experienced a burst pipe during the record-breaking storm in February. To support their cleanup, The Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance has planned an event featuring two conversations: the first on memoir, between Richard Russo & Monica Wood and moderated by Moira Driscoll. The second is on fiction, between Ron Currie Jr. & Bill Roorbach and moderated by Brock Clarke.
