Sabering Sparkling Wine, Reception & Austrian Wine Dinner
Want to learn a new party trick while tasting delicious sparkling wine and nibbling on hors d'oeuvres paired to the wines? Come learn how to saber bottles of sparkling wine with sommelier Nicole Bernard and Austrian Wine Importer, Klaus Wittauer. The reception will be a fun social event giving you the opportunity to saber your own bottle while tasting 3 different sparkling wines paired to 3 different hors d'oeuvres. The reception is $45/person including wines, hors d'oeuvres and gratuity.

Continue the experience as we transition to the dining room for a jovial four course dinner paired to Austrian Wines. Nicole & Klaus will present the wines with the dinner by Executive Chef Jon Cropf and Pastry Chef Meagan Tighe. To include the dinner in your experience the price is $118. This price includes the Sabering Sparkling Wine Reception, 3 sparkling wines paired to 3 passed hors d'oeuvres and a 4 course dinner paired to 4 wines. Gratuity also included.
