The Family Business
It's Death's first day on the job, and he manages to screw everything up, starting by showing up at the wrong house for his first appointment, then spilling some very important epiphanies to the woman who lives there, Caroline. Twenty years later, Caroline passes on and finds herself arriving in the afterlife on the day of the Apocalypse. Now it's up to Caroline to convince the Four Horsemen that the Earth should be spared.
Directed by David Alan Morrison, this absurdist comedy juxtaposes fresh cultural references with iconic mythical imagery to create a unique tale of love, redemption, and the power of the individual.
NOTE: "The Family Business" contains mature themes and language, and is not appropriate for children.
Shows are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m., for the three-weekend run April 20-May 6.
