Anjali Bhatt, WSDOT, is developing the States Performance Framework, a decision-making framework that will help WSDOT leadership and staff make decisions based on performance objectives. She is currently spearheading the data needs effort for the Mobility Performance Framework.

Irin Limargo, King County Metro, has been leading the Metro program for speed and reliability in partnership with local agencies. As Metro launches the next round of RapidRide routes aligned with the METRO CONNECTS plan, Irin will describe which transit measures her team relies on to develop the most reliable transit service.

Adiam Emery, Seattle DOT, leads ITS operations within the City of Seattle.  She oversees new data collection and surveillance techniques and uses adaptive signal strategies to better manage congestion and to provide traffic control for bikes, peds, transit, and vehicles, which reduces congestion and improves safety.
