The brilliant, young singers of Pittsburgh Youth Chorus, under the artistic direction of Shawn Funk, present the annual Spring concert on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 4:00 PM. Journeys: Near and Far will take you on a ride to locations such as Brazil and France; featuring music by Vivaldi plus a new piece, Train Song by Nick Page! Join us at Moon Area High School for all of that and more!
For over 30 years now, our spring concert has ended with an invite for alumni to join the combined choirs of PYC in performing John Rutter's "The Lord Bless You and Keep You." The alumni sing-along gives us a chance to see and hear generations of PYC members come together most gloriously!
Let's all work together to make this the biggest alumni group turn-out ever! If you are a former PYC/CFC member or know others who would enjoy connecting with old friends and teachers, please invite your friends!
