Bonsai is the ancient Japanese art form of cultivating miniature trees in containers. It is a practice which helps connect us to nature. The process of working with the tree strengthens our spirit. This is why a bonsai tree can become a figurative mirror image of the grower. With an open heart and mind students can start their own journey of personal growth through the art of bonsai. Learn the artistic, philosophical, horticultural, and technical process of designing, planting, and maintaining your very own bonsai.
Students take home a Bonsai tree, Bonsai container and soil. Scissors and tools are available for students to borrow during the class. Date: Sunday, April 29 Time: 12:30PM - 2:30PM Ticket Price: $125
