Cultivating Calm and Resilience in Stressful Times
This is a stressful time. It is difficult to sustain compassionate action towards others if we aren't kind and compassionate to ourselves. With mindfulness, were aware of the present moment, and the fact that were in need of compassion. We cultivate calm and resilience and are able to bounce back from stressful experiences. With self-compassion, we extend that compassion towards ourselves and our own suffering, treating ourselves with kindness and care in difficult moments. In this workshop you'll learn simple, practical techniques for increasing resilience, self-compassion, and mindfulness. Facilitated by Rochelle Jaffee.
