Emerald Ballet Theatre presents Peter and the Wolf/Les Sylphides
Under the artistic direction of Viktoria Titova, Emerald Ballet Theatre's spring production features two classic ballets in one performance.
Act I is the delightful Peter and the Wolf, based on the charming Russian children's tale set to Prokofiev's score. Talented musicians provide live music during the educational introduction called Meet the Musicians. Act II is Les Sylphides, a gorgeous romantic reverie with choreography by Fokine and music by Chopin.
Festival seating. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m.
Parking is free at the Northshore Performing Arts Center.
