We will dance barefoot, get wild and release heavy energy that has been weighing us down. We will connect to the energy and love of Mother Earth and fill our hearts with love and light. And we will have lots of fun doing this guided by Rosa and a playlist of songs that will make you want to move, shake and laugh. No steps to learn!
