5 Course Beer Dinner at Mr. B's!
Come enjoy and unique, delicious experience!!
We will be hosting Ballast Point Brewery and feature 6 Delicious Beers perfectly paired with a 5 Course Dinner!
This is a very limited seating event with only 25 seats available! The entire event is only $40! Event Begins at 7:00pm and run until approximately 8:30pm.
THE MENU
1st. Course:
Peach Goddess Salad | Tart Peach Kolsch 5.2% ABV 20
Caramelized peaches, poached shrimp, avocado, baby arugula and homemade green goddess dressing.
2nd. Course:
Mini Charcuterie Plate | Fathom IPA 6% ABV 50 IBU's
House made pastrami, and smoked sausage served with Gruyere, Roquefort, roasted garlic and rosemary lemon toast.
3rd. Course:
Blackberry Vinaigrette Chicken | Sour Wench Blackberry Ale 7% ABV
Braised Organic Chicken in a blackberry vinaigrette demi-glace sauce served with an apple gratin and broccoli flowerette.
4th. Course:
Florida Citrus Salmon | Grapefruit IPA 7% ABV 70 IBU's
Seared salmon with prosecco lemon lime sauce, whipped potatoes, gaufrette and pink grapefruit supremes.
5th Course:
Porter Panna Cotta | Barrel Aged Victory of the Sea Porter 12% ABV
Classic Italian custard infused with a barrel aged Victory of the Sea porter, drizzled with Porter syrup, blood orange syrup, and heath bar crumbles.
Mr. B's is located in Royal Oak at 215 Main Street.
Parking is available in Mr. B's Lot (Meters) as well as across the street at Emagine Theater.
