Five Cheers to Chocolate!
Two of life's greatest pleasures -- chocolate and wine -- come together at this intimate event, starring Katherine Duncan of Chicago's Katherine Anne Confections and an array of wines selected by expert Dame Liz Barrett, a certified specialist of wine.
The evening will start with savory bites and bubbles. Katherine Duncan will then present five exquisite confections, paired with five unexpected wines. She'll also share the story of how she started one of the city's most respected confectionaries.
Katherine's confections are extraordinary, featuring creative, finely-tuned flavor combinations and organic, locally sourced ingredients (whenever possible). Everything she makes is delicious and provocative!
This is an event that will be a sweet one to bring prospective Dames to as well.
