We are pairing up with the team behind Vom Fass to expand your knowledge of Absinthe! They will share hands-on expertise, folklore about this legendary spirit, and you will learn how to use it in cocktails (as well as sampling your creations)! Light snacks provided, and as always you will receive a 15% discount on any same day in-store purchase at Collins & Coupe. Class is limited to 10 participants, age 21 and over.
