Create a Change Now, 2017 Las Vegas non profit of the year invites you to their 5th annual 5Chefs 5Farms 5Courses fundraising dinner with Wine Pairings.

Our 5Chefs sat down with 5Farms to choose specific crops to create 5Courses designed just for this event.

5Chefs:

Course 1 - Chef Mark Sandoval, Executive Chef Harrahs School of Hospitality UNLV
Course 2 - Chef Daniel Krohmer, Executive Chef and owner Other Mama
Course 3 - Chef Johnny Church, Executive Chef Golden Entertainment
Course 4 - Chef Donald Lemperle, Executive Chef and founder of VegeNation
Course 5 dessert - Chef Hansel Tan, Executive Chef VegeNation Henderson

The Vixen Garden
The UNLV Garden
All chefs have collaborated with our farms and have planted specific crops for each menu course that you will be tasting!!

5Courses+ Wine Pairing
Each chef has designed one menu that is original, plant based and direct from one of our local farms for the evening

All proceeds will go directly to CACN, helping them to continue creating sustainable changes within our community and opportunities for us to come together and make a global impact.
