A Decade of Joyous Song
Seattle Jewish Chorale celebrates 10 years of being the premiere presenter of Jewish choral music in Seattle with a special concert and gala. "A Decade of Joyous Song" features a progressive program of favorites from past ten seasons, a new composition for the Chorale by Coreen Duffy, and works in Hebrew, Yiddish, and English. The performance is co-presented by the UW School of Music and will be hosted at Intellectual House, UW's longhouse-style gathering space honoring the Duwamish people and campus-community cultural exchange. The Chorale is conducted by Jacob Finkle and accompanied by Harumi Makiyama, piano.
Seattle Jewish Chorale is fiscally sponsored by Shunpike.
Ticket includes refreshments, wine, and concert. Food will be served "kosher-style" and vegetarian (includes dairy.)
