Buddhist Peace Fellowship presents:
Sanctuary: Buddhists and Activists in Solidarity
An evening of dialogue between Buddhist teacher Rev. Zenju Earthlyn Manuel, and grassroots leader Eddy Zheng.
This year, Buddhist Peace Fellowship celebrates a 40-year legacy of bridging Buddhism and social justice. The combination of internal and external, spiritual and political, is essential to our work. Ancient wisdom nourishes us with inner sanctuary while anti-deportation activism strives boldly to protect communities under attack.
Join us for a conversation about the relationship between dharma and community defense, and what gives hope, strength and sanctuary in harrowing times.
DOORS OPEN AT 5:30PM.
Arrive early to browse t-shirts, books and more before the talk.

EDDY ZHENG
Eddy Zheng has a passion and lifelong commitment to serving children, youth, and families, and ending mass incarceration in the United States.
