LDEI St Louis presents a Foraged Dinner & Discussion at Squatter's Cafe
Join James Beard nominated chef and Squatter's Cafe owner Rob Connoley as he presents a light foraged dinner preceded by a discussion about the locally foraged ingredients he used. Rob is a St Louis native who has been featured in the New York Times, Saveur and Wall Street Journal for his contemporary take on foraged cuisine. As Ian Froeb of the St Louis Post Dispatch said of Squatter's "it stands on its own merits as one of the most interesting and appealing breakfast-lunch restaurants to open in St. Louis in recent memory".
