Traditional willow basketry course covering all the techniques needed to produce your own first basket, which you will take home at the end of the day.
Skills taught will include: pairing, staking up, upsetting, waling, and trac border.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners or as a refresher.
Please book at least 10 days in advance to allow me time to sort and soak the right amount of material.
Tea, herbal tea, and coffee provided. Please bring your own packed lunch.
Please Note:
If you have to cancel your place after the soaking time (10 days before the event) then refunds will no longer be available through Brown Paper Tickets, as materials have already been purchased and prepared.
