PEPS Parent Talk Lecture - Help Your Baby 'Sleep Like a 'Baby'
PEPS aims to provide our Parent Talk lectures at a minimal cost to parents. The fee for this lecture is $15 or pay-what-you-can. Please help PEPS continue to provide programming of this type by paying the $15 fee if you are able to do so. Each registration entitles you to bring your spouse or partner.
Baby's sleep impacts their well-being and development, and affects everyone in the family. Join us and learn:
- How much sleep, including daytime naps, do infants and toddlers need (parents too!) - What sleep does for the developing child - How to create a healthy bedtime routine that promotes sleep - What's the best way for your family to respond to night-time awakenings The emphasis will be on sleep parenting skills you can use right away, including creating a healthy sleep plan for your child, and for the whole family.
