The class begins with exercises to open and fully articulate the body, gradually progressing in preparation for the final phrase which puts everything together. The end of class culminates in an expansive sequence that uses off- balance suspension to play with the extremes of dancing with freedom and control.
Booking is essential as the class has limited spaces.
