The Vagrancy's Romeo and Juliet
ROMEO AND JULIET is the timeless tale of a world divided and a love that dares to challenge everything. Our heroine, Juliet, is fated to die fighting for independence from her oppressive father, Lord Capulet. We watch as the power of her star-crossed love for the indulgent Romeo fuels her bravery to take action. Supported by her beloved Nurse and aided by the secular arbiter, Elder Lawrence - Juliet fights for her love...and her freedom.
Hart's aggressive cut highlights a young woman trapped in the tension between progress and tradition. Aided by Jen Albert's extreme fight choreography, The Vagrancy's ROMEO AND JULIET promises to be a provocative and timely blend of classic and modern rebellion.
ROMEO AND JULIET features Eddie Ramos, Acacia Fisher, Mia Moore, Erica Ibsen*, Toni Tinkelman, Dana Lyn Baron*, Kamar Elliot, Darrett Sanders, Kim Swennen*, Brittney Wheeler*, Austin Iredale, James Ferrero*, Kolton Kolbaba, Andrew Walke*, Danielle Gonzales, Racheal Sarah Yeomans, Allison Andreas*, Schuyler Girion, Megan Marie Thiel, Ron Slanina*, Myisha Cason-Brown*, Tory Devon Smith, Nicky Romaniello*, Alfredo Trueba, Kiki Milner, Kevin Tomlinson
