Comedian Jamar Malachi Neighbors delivers a uniquely raw, mildly interactive comedy performance in "Definitely a Comedy Jam," a standup comedy spoof on the classic Def Comedy Jam written by Jamar Neighbors. Jamar hosts the show as Jersey J, a lovable character with a go-for-broke physical comedy performance. Jamars The Man-in-the-Purple Coat characters cerebral standup comedy pushes the boundaries of our accepted norms, commentating on the socio-political climate of everything. His visually hilarious Crackbaby from Compton, interacts with the audience, attempting to peddle his wares from his wagon while delivering piercingly heartfelt dark material on the life of a child born into an unstable environment. Jamar then takes us into the mind of his final character, J-raw a lackadaisical man from the hood whos only concerned with meeting his basic needs.
