March 2018 LAI Luncheon
In the Transbay district of San Francisco, Oceanwide Center comprises two high-rise towers; a 605' mixed-use hotel and residential tower and a 910' mixed-use, office and residential tower. Together these towers total over 2 million square feet along with impressive new public spaces and important new pedestrian links through downtown.
Join us for a talk with Jeffrey Heller and a colleague from Foster + Partners as they discuss how the deal came together, the uniqueness of the project and client, and the team collaboration between architects Foster + Partners and Heller Manus Architects.
