Philadelphia's Ran'D Shine leads a force of talented makers of mystery on March 18 at the Parlor of Mystery. In addition to contemporary magic by Shine, the show will feature mental magic by Daniel Nicholas, close-up magic by Jeff Miller and who knows what from emcee and Long Island's silliest magician Mike Maione. The fun starts at 7 PM at the South Shore Theatre Experience home of The Parlor of Mystery. Ran'D Shine Ran'D Shine's winning illusions and sleight of hand have amazed audiences in over 20 countries and hundreds of American cities. He performed at the 44th Presidential Inauguration in Washington, DC. He was also featured on the CW network's Penn & Teller: Fool Us, was seen on The BET Network., and he's one of few magicians to perform on Guantanamo Bay military base in Cuba. Over the past few years, Ran'D has become one of the most sought-after magicians working. Daniel Nicholas Daniel Nicholas is a mentalist. He has performed all over the east coast, and throughout the U.S. His clients include corporations like Apple, The New York Mets, and at The Aria Nightclub in Las Vegas, and celebrities Bart Scott, Johnny Damon, Anthony Petridis and more. Jeff Miller Jeff Miller is a regular at the Parlor of Mystery and has thrilled Parlor audiences many times. He's one of Long Island's best-known performers and has inspired many young magicians. Jeff will be performing close-up magic and wise-cracking during intermission. Meet him in the lobby, have a complimentary glass of wine, then watch Jeff perform close-up magic. Mike Maione Producer and emcee Mike Maione will host the evening. Maione is Long Island's silliest magician and best known for family-friendly entertainment. He is one of the founders of the Parlor of Mystery and frequently produces and performs at many (His magic looks even more amazing when you have a little buzz on.) Parlor of Mystery shows where his magic has a decidedly more grown-up flavor. Maione also lectures and has produced magic props and routines used by performers around the world.
The Parlor of Mystery's is one of many programs presented at the South Shore Theatre Experience in Lindenhurst. It's the perfect place to experience parlor and close-up magic. It is small black box theater with comfortable tiered seating for 45. The Parlor of Mystery is one of many productions that take place at the South Shore Theatre Experience, which is located at 115 South Wellwood Avenue in Lindenhurst. The South Shore Theatre Experience is a non-profit organization that produces original works and theater classics as well as conducting acting classes & workshops. Parlor of Mystery shows usually take place on the fourth Sunday of every month with different magicians performing different effects.
