Paired with Green Sun Rising - sake, absinthe & ginger simple syrup with cucumber peel garnish
Course Two
8 oz. Pork Chop with cherry glaze served with roasted red potatoes & sautéed spinach
Paired with Sleepy Hollow - tequila, absinthe, allspice, bitters & flaming rosemary sprig garnish
Course Three
The Absinthe Ritual performed in the traditional style, slowly blossoming the spirits at the tap of the absinthe fountain with ice water & sugar
