The eighth annual HEAR NOW Music Festival brings you music by the great composers living and working in Los Angeles including: Thursday evening orchestra concert with the UCLA Philharmonia, Friday evening electroacoustic concert in collaboration with PIE, Saturday evening chamber concert, and Sunday afternoon chamber concert. Many of Los Angeles' leading performers take part in HEAR NOW which spotlights the wealth of musical imagination in our city. FESTIVAL MUSICIANS INCLUDE: Lyris Quartet: Alyssa Park, Shalini Vijayan, Luke Maurer, Timothy Loo; Brightwork newmusic: Sara Andon, Sarah Thornblade, Maggie Parkins, Aron Kallay, Nick Terry; and many others TBA.
