Cider School: Spanish Sidra
Explore the oldest, and some would argue, longest cider drinking culture in the world. We will cover cider pouring techniques, and the culture surrounding cider from both Basque and and Asturias. Our Cider Director traveled throughout the region last Fall, bringing plenty of stories back, as well as a few goodies to share.
