There are no good guys in this story, including me, says Dan David, a financial investor that is now a whistleblower about American investments in Chinese companies. After the 2008 market crash, investors were looking for ways to make gains as quickly as possible. It is here that China entered into the picture. As China does not have the same oversights as America, Chinese companies entered the US stock market through reverse takeovers with American companies.
