2018 CC Cellar Sale
**PLEASE READ THE FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS SALE BELOW BEFORE PURCHASE. IMPORTANT NOTE: THE PICK-UP WINDOW FOR THIS RELEASE IS FEBRUARY 28th - THROUGH THE END OF THE YEAR FOR CELLAR CYNDICATE MEMBERS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN PICK UP WITHIN THIS WINDOW BEFORE YOU ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS.**
As promised, were giving our 2018 Cellar Cyndicate members the opportunity to purchase the few remaining Cellar Cyndicate-exclusive bottles from 2017. Some of you may have tried these beers before, and some of you may never have had the chance. These are all EXTREMELY limited in quantity, and once they sell out, they are gone forever.
Prices for the bottles are:
Euphorik w/ Pluots - $30 / 750oz + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (1) bottle
Euphorik w/ Nectarines - $30 / 750oz + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (1) bottle
Euphorik w/ Cherries & Raspberries - $30 / 750oz + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (1) bottle
Pop Goes the Weasel - $30 / 750oz + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (1) bottle
Eightmile - $28 / 750oz + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (1) bottle

EUPHORIK
(Feral Ale Aged in French Oak)
7.0% ABV | 10 IBU
Euphorik is our take on the American Wild Ale and designed to activate, engage and delight the senses. Aged in French Oak, these unique beers will take you on a journey of complexity in which you can smell and taste all the subtle ingredients that have come together over time to form a flavor that we can only call... "Euphorik".
Initial impressions showcase the trademark bright lactic acidity of the beer with berry and funk on the nose. Fruited with a different variety of organic fruit in each batch, adding a variety of fruity aromas and flavors to the beer throughout the aging process. Also present in the background are slight barrel characteristics of vanilla and coconut from the French Oak.
Winslow has cultivated a proprietary yeast strain over the years specifically designed for this beer, which provides both the initial funk and the lingering bite that will make you remember this beer long after the bottle is dry.
POP GOES THE WEASEL
(Imperial Flanders Style Red Ale w/ Mulberries)
12% ABV | 25 IBU
An Imperial version of our GABF Medal Winning Roes Red, Flanders Red Style Sour. This time around, Winslow added organic mulberries and the beer weighs in at 12% ABV. You are greeted by aromas of cherry, bourbon barrels and mulberry on the nose. Tasting notes showcase tart dark berries and cherry with jammy mulberries over a background of oak and figs from the choice Belgian malts.
EIGHT MILE
(Barrel Aged Imperial Bière de Garde)
13.0% ABV | 40 IBU
Golden colored with the bright aroma of coffee and sour mash bourbon over a subtle maltiness balanced by the acidity of the cacao. Aged in bourbon barrels adding notes from the cellar to create a complex, thought provoking brew.

Cellar Cyndicate 2017 Cellar Sale BOTTLE RELEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Starting Monday, 2/26/2018 at 10am PST for Cellar Cyndicate members, you will be able to purchase tickets good for up to 1 bottle each of EUPHORIK W/ PLUOTS, EUPHORIK W/ NECTARINES, EUPHORIK W/ CHERRIES & RASPBERRIES, POP GOES THE WEASEL, AND EIGHTMILE. This presale will end Tuesday, 2/27/2018 at 11:59pm.
You will be able to pick up bottles at Pure Project (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, CA 92121) between noon on 2/28/2018 through the end of the year for Cellar Cyndicate Members.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit or the pick-up window.
**Any bottle not claimed by the end of 2018 will be forfeit, so please only order if you are sure you can claim your bottles within the pickup window**

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR BOTTLES:
To claim your bottles, you will need to show ID proving that you are both over 21 years of age and that the name on the ticket order matches your ID. Again, please only purchase tickets if you are 100% sure that you can pick up the bottles within the pickup window stated multiple times above. There are no exceptions.
Pure Project WILL NOT ship bottles. The bottles must be claimed from the Pure Project tap room (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, Ca 92121) within the pickup window of 2/28/2018 through the end of the year for Cellar Cyndicate Members. NO REFUNDS: Due to demand for bottles, Pure Project will not issue refunds. All sales are final. That said, we are big on customer service, so should you not be fully satisfied with a bottle, simply email bottles@purebrewing.org and let us know.
CELLAR CYNDICATE 2017 CELLAR SALE RELEASE PARTY DETAILS:
The tickets you are purchasing will admit you to a release party to claim your bottles. The date of the party is 2/28/2018 from noon-9 pm in the tap room at Pure Project. You have the option to pick up your bottles until the end of the year for Cellar Cyndicate Members.
