$100 / ticket to benefit Cottage Village
Jeannie Merrick and Tony Corcoran are hosting friends of the Cottage Village project for an afternoon of Celtic music and Irish corned beef and colcannon (traditional potato and cabbage dish) at our house outside Cottage Grove.
Have some fun on St Paddy's Day and help raise some money for Cottage Village!
Music will be provided by D'n'A, Amey Herman and Doug Heydon. Amey (violin) has played classical and folk music with orchestras and small ensembles for 25 years. Doug (guitars) is a professional multi-instrumentalist and a well-known local luthier.
Irish food will be catered by Mary and Kevin MacNamara. Beer and wine will be served.
Due to space limitations, we are limiting attendance for this event to the first 40 ticket buyers.

COTTAGE VILLAGE: Advancing self-sufficiency and human dignity by providing safe, stable, well-designed tiny homes in a village setting for those who need them most.
Cottage Village is a project developed by SquareOne Villages in collaboration with the Cottage Village Coalition (CVC). Together, SquareOne and CVC are developing plans to bring a permanent, affordable tiny house community to Cottage Grove. A site has been purchased for Cottage Village at 1430 E Madison Ave.
Cottage Village will serve Cottage Grove residents with very low-incomes (under 50% area median income) that are currently unable to access affordable housing. This includes a number of different types of people in our local community, such as veterans, seniors, single parents, and more.

Directions to Jeannie & Tony's house:
Head south on I-5 to Cottage Grove exit 174. Turn left at light, go under freeway and past Village Green. Turn right at next light, go one block, turn left at light onto Whitaker. Whitaker becomes Mosby Creek Road. Follow mile posts, just past mile post 5 stay on Mosby Creek Road past Blue Mountain School Road, and turn left onto Kizer Creek Road. Turn left on rock road in 75 yards. Follow signs. Turn right at Y 1/4 mile, go up hill. In 3/4 mile you will be in our driveway.
