Lila
Armed with her sketchbook Lila adventures the world convinced that she has the power to make it a better place. Sitting at a bar, hanging out at a park, or walking down a street Lila draws the lines that fill up the magic lost by those around her.

Oasis
Seaman Yu Hean is involved in the diamond smuggling business to save his ill daughter's life. During the voyage, he was shipwrecked and floated to an islet where he witnesses the abuse of an abducted woman. He is forced to make a choice between saving his daughter or the woman. This short film is based on the realities of women abduction in China and the darkness of patriarchal culture that corrodes both women and children.

Laboratory Conditions
At a hospital late one night, a physician discovers that one of her patients is missing and has likely passed away, as he was not expected to survive the night. The physician tracks the body to a nearby medical school, where students are in the midst of an illicit experiment. The physician faces an ethical dilemma that puts her clinical judgment up against the amoral ambition of the chair of the graduate school of neuroscience. Even if the doctor can save her patient, what about the next one? And the one after that? At what point should human compassion outweigh research science and the need to know?

Kohl
Like all elements, humans have a saturation point. What happens when a woman -- constantly bullied by a boss, harassed by strangers and abused by her husband -- finds an abandoned package that holds the answer to all her demons. Kohl captures a tipping point in a womans life that until now has been dominated by men.

Game
A.J Green, a new kid in town, shows up at the high school boys' basketball tryouts and instantly makes an impression. Coach takes notice, and so do the other players, some of whom feel threatened by the new blood. The school's team is excellent--second best in the state--and this is the year Coach plans to win it all. A.J. proves himself on the court and clearly has talent, heart, and drive... as well as a big secret. Will A.J. be able to make the team once the players and Coach discover the truth?

The Night Runner
Riva Harris is attacked while running at night. In the aftermath, she discovers she has superhuman strength. She hones her new-found strength and shadows the detective on the case to hunt down her attacker before he can strike again. But, will she choose revenge or redemption?
