Andrea Chiou works with leadership, program and project managers and teams to help them find their next steps towards agility. She has worked with 12 teams within three different organizations over the past 5 years as agile coach and have learned a lot about what does and doesnt work well in large agile transformations. Success is always possible when the supportive structures are in place for the teams. Therefore my coaching focuses not only on the teams, but beyond the teams as well.
ABOUT CLEAN LANGUAGE and Clean Language for Teams
The Clean for Teams method is a method of sending and receiving language. The method helps teams communicate, collaborate and improve.
During the March 08 2018 OSACON, you will:
