The Next Level: Moving Forward on Diversity and Inclusion
Join us for the Washington Initiative for Diversity's annual Legal Executives Diversity Summit. This year, the WID convened stakeholders from Washington's Minority Bar Associations to develop an agenda that is both impactful and practical.
The summit will discuss microaggressions in the workplace, how to identify them and how to address them. The summit will also feature a panel discussion on best practices and challenges on retaining and promoting a diverse legal workforce, as well as a presentation on moving from bystander to upstander.
Program begins at 1:00-5:00PM, reception to follow from 5:00-6:00PM.
