Sahtipaja Beer Dinner

Sahtipaja is a startup brewery located 45 kilometers South East of Gothenburg in a small country village named Sätila.They produce beer for the local market both for the state monopoly, restaurants and food stores (low alcohol) but also include lines of sour beers, wild beers and barrel aged beers.

Course 1- Vaniljcider 5.5% dry sparkling apple cider with a touch of bourbon & vanilla paired w/ Boston Bibb, mandarin oranges, boursin cheese, duck confit & a Vaniljcider vinaigrette

Course 2-Saison #2 6.0% Bretted red wine barrel aged rye saison paired w/ Chefs Cheese Sample Plate w/ chefs accompaniments

Course 3-Babushka Maria Ay Caramba 10.4% Imperial Stout with cinnamon, vanilla and habaneros paired w/ Lamb Lollipops over stoemp (mashed potatoes w/ leeks, & carrots) & a Babujshka demi-g

Course 4- MeadMe's Lost Cherry 16.3% Sweet still red/black currant and red gooseberry mead paired w/Bourbon & Black Currant Caramel topped Bread Pudding w/ raisins
