Join White Labs for another educational (and delicious) pairing of beer and cheese. White Labs Education & Engagement Curator Erik Fowler is teaming up with Jenny Eastwood, an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional® and owner of Smallgoods American Cheeses & Provisions for an hour and a half educational pairing that explores cheeses made in the Pacific Northwest. The duo will showcase award-winning cheeses and salumi from Washington, Oregon and Northern California and pair them with five White Labs beers.
