Although originally from New York, Koo Chungs music career got started in Boston during his college days. Between then and now, the soulful indie popster has recorded several solo projects, performed and toured all around the US, and has collaborated with artists such as Shane & Shane, Mike Schmid, Andrew Peterson, Tim Be Told, Arden Cho, and his wife Jinny Kim. For the very first time since moving to Boston and starting a family together, Koo and Jinny take a brief hiatus from their hiatus in music, and return for a rare live performance.
Joining them for this special evening will be NYC based singer-songwriter Sarah Kang, whose music "leaves hearts heavy with a voice thats reminiscent of Frankie Cosmos. She has the ability of writing songs that seem simple during casual listening, but then have a lot to offer after doing a little digging. (The Deli)
