Too Many Lemons? Learn what to do with all your citrus.
2-day class of hands on instruction that will teach you how to candy citrus peels, make and can Meyer lemon and kumquat marmalade, & preserve lemons.
You will receive all the recipes used in class, jars of marmalade, preserved lemons and candied citrus.
Space is limited to 6 adults. All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes since we will be standing for most of the class.
