The Sea The Sea w/John Faraone

THE SEA THE SEA is an Upstate New York-based indie folk-pop band fronted by duo Mira Stanley and Chuck Costa, or what HuffPost calls "two of the loveliest male-female voices you might ever hear this or any other year." Their 2014 debut release, Love We Are We Love, received praise from NPR, American Songwriter, and No Depression, among others, gathering over 15 million streams on Spotify. Their 2016 release, the six-song EP In the Altogether, earned features on Apple Musics Best of the Week and A-List Singer/Songwriter lists. The band is gearing up to release their sophomore full-length album, From The Light, on June 1, 2018, and is currently touring the US as a four-piece with the addition of Cara May Gorman (vocals, synthesizer) and drummer and percussionist Stephen Struss.

Pawtucket, RI-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist John Faraone will open the show with his country-tinged melodies and tender vocals. Known for his "musicianship and powerful, personal lyrics" (Providence Monthly), John will release his first full-length album later in 2018.

This show is part of the Warren Sessions presented by Common Fence Music at Hope & Main in Warren, RI. Doors open at 7:30pm, show starts at 8pm. This show is BYOB; other refreshments will be available for purchase.
