2018 Salute to Business Supporters
Each year we say thank you to our friends in the business community for their valued support! This invitation-only event is our thank you party for businesses, professionals and non-profits who help bring public radio to San Antonio, the Hill Country, and surrounding areas with the annual Salute to Business Supporters.
This year's event will take place at Alamo Beer Company. Alamo Beer Company owned by Eugene Simor was first brewed in the late '90s. The local brewery located at 415 Burnet is situated under the historic Hays Street Bridge and just a canon shot away from the Alamo, east of downtown. The present day brewery is San Antonio's largest independent brewery. We are excited to bring TPR's business members together to this uniquely San Antonio location!
This year TPR features special guest Marketplace's senior correspondent, Amy Scott. We invite this year's business members to bring their name tag and mingle with fellow community minded business leaders while enjoying delicious eats by Spice of Life Catering and entertainment by JJ Lopez, a San Antonio DJ specializing in Soul Music for more than 20 years. He is also the host of the popular show, Diggin Deep Soul Shakedown featured on KRTU91.7 FM.
Parking will be available at the visitor entrance at 202 Lamar Street.
This event is made possible by Culligan Water San Antonio, Southwest Metal Roofing Systems, Port San Antonio, and Dixie Flag and Banner Company.
