In our second year Chef Karl Prohaska is bringing the South to your mouth with a traditional country boil of crawfish, shrimp, baby potatoes, andouille sausage and corn on the cob - all cooked in a spicy sauce and washed down with the fantastic Belgian Style beers from Societe Brewing.
