Creating a Crackerjack Team THROUGH LAUGHTER, showcases a new professional development workshop that strengthens and deepens your teams communication and collaborative skills using the tools of improv and experiential training. Your Co-Facilitators:
Pam Victor, founder and president of Happier Valley Comedy where she runs the THROUGH LAUGHTER program and a full-curriculum improv comedy school as well as produces regular improv shows in Western Massachusetts. Pam is the author of Baj and the Word Launcher: A Space-Aged Asperger Adventure in Communication and, along with legendary improvisers TJ Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi, co-author of Improvisation at the Speed of Life: The TJ & Dave Book. Pam is a nice person. She would like you.
Stephen Butler, Butler Associates, is an independent consultant and trainer, with over forty years experience designing and leading trainings. He has worked with small companies, large corporations, non-profits and academic institutions, including senior leaders and front-line staff. Stephen is the co-author of two books: Adventure in Business: An I.M.M.E.R.S.I.O.N. Approach to Training and Consulting and QuickSilver.
