Theatre Within's 2018 Spring Equinox Meditation
Celebrate the arrival of spring by joining us for an afternoon of meditation led by Ryushin Marchaj, former abbot of the Zen Mountain Monastery.
The Still Mind Zendo provides a warm and welcoming setting for this quiet gathering. Turn off your smartphone for a few hours, tune into your breath, and practice being fully present.
This free event is open to all and is made possible by Theatre Within, the grassroots non-profit behind the Annual John Lennon Tribute since 1981. We are dedicated to having a positive social impact through our ongoing workshops in creative expression and mindfulness.
Admission is limited to 30 people.
